I agree the extra possessions were not enough, but I would not make the next scorer the whole diagnosis. Indiana shot 53% and scored 50 points in the paint, so Toronto was not turning enough defensive trips into controlled possessions before its own offence even began. Eighteen offensive rebounds can keep you alive; they cannot cover for giving up that kind of efficiency at the other end.
